The workout screen is very sleek - you can pair your trainer using either ANT+ or Bluetooth, heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, a power meter, etc.. If you have a regular spin bike, a peloton, a hotel spin bike, you can just play the video through a heart rate monitor , play the videos and follow the instructions to do these workouts.
Close out wahoo app. Open zwift companion app. Open zwift app. Wait for the pairing screen to show up. It should pop in to the sensor in about 5 seconds. Now connect any other Bluetooth devices. What I found is if you open the zwift app before you put the HR monitor on, it will not work or causes many additional problems.
Shane Miller What I mean, when, for instance with Zwift, you start to go uphill, in the "app" it goes uphill, the smart trainer response with the usual lag, the tv screen shows because of the Apple TV also with a lag, which makes the to/screen more in sync with the smart trainer. So, it could be a good thing, this lag.

Secondly: here in the Zwift Insider Lab, we've noticed that this legacy ANT+ profile is always found first on the pairing screen's "Controllable Trainer" box, which means Zwift automatically pairs with that profile.
